Daily bath:
We should take bath at least once time in day. It's good for your personal health. Bathing is good for your heart health.Your brain and nervous system can get benefit from bathing. Bathing can help your muscles strengths and joints. Bathing cleanses and moisturize your skin hair and eyes. Through bathing you can get your optimal temperature.
Brush your teeth daily:
Your teeth is very important for improving your personality level. If you have a good teeth then, you have a stunning smile.We should brush our teeth twice a day.Because, it's prevent cavities, and remove plaque, and protect from bacteria. Brush your teeth before you go to sleep and after wake up. We should brush our teeth on daily bases.
Face skin care:
Face is the first thing that people notice first.So, Face should be span and spick. If you want to clean and smooth your face then, you should use quality face wash.Your face wash must be according to your skin type. Because, different people have different skin type. You should wash your face twice a day with gently massage. And if you have any skin problem like, pimples, blackhead, whitehead, etc then you should visit to the skin specialist. Regular use lip bam to keep lips soft.
Hair care:
Wash your hair with shampoo twice a week and don't apply high chemical ingredients.If you want to apply something on your hair then, you should apply homemade mask.You should use good shampoo according to your hair. Don't use any local shampoo they ruined your hair. And you should use any oil for your hair.
Foot and hand care:
For hands and feet you should go for manicure and pedicure on weekends.
