physically and financially.Because to this virus people are disturb, Since people are stuck at home have not access to go outside,border are closed, putting people under lock down Due to this epidemic disease million of people dropping their liquid assets. Actually, people have no access to go outside for livelihood. That's why most of the people are worried during this circumstances.So, The question is raising. How to survive during cornonavius?
There are several thing you can do and survive.
- How to protect your self.
- Protect your immune system.
- Be strong mentally.

There are several precaution given by WHO( world health organization ) to stay safe.
- Wash your hands regularly with good soap at least 15 to 30 seconds.
- Don't go outside if not mandatory.
- Keep social distancing between 4 to 5 feet.
- Covering your face while sneezing,and coughing and if you have difficult breathing go to your doctor.
- Avoid touching your mouth and nose.
- Avoid direct contact with live animal.
- Wear a face mask if you are sick.
- Clean and disinfect regularly touched surface.

The immune system is body's natural defense to illness.
There are no vaccine against this virus.But,you can fight against coronavirus while,boosting your immune system.If you have healthy immune system then,you can fight against coronavirus. The question is that, how can we improve immune system?here are few tips.

- Workout regularly.
- Get proper sleep.
- Eat fruit and vegetable.
