Full day of eating for healthy life

Nutrition needs differ with gender and age.A healthy diet for men is different from healthy diet for women. Regardless gender and age,all men need good nutrition from healthy diet.Nutrition is simply
the process of getting from food what we need for health and growth.
Without healthy diet, you could be increasing your risk of chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases,type 2 diabetes,some cancers,and even mental health diseases, such anxiety and depression.

So, what should we eat for maintaining health life?

  • There are 5 meals that you can eat and live healthy life.

1:Breakfast
2:Snack
3:Lunch
4:Snack
5:Dinner
6:Snack

Breakfast:


  • oats meal 
  • eggs 
  • some fruit 
  • shake 

Snack:

  • peanut butter 
  • 1 banana
  • bran bread 

Lunch:

  • Brown rice, white rice 
  • Chicken breast 
  • grains 

Snack:


  • protein bar
  •  green tea
  • cheese slice 
  • some nuts 

Dinner:

  • Full bowl of salt which include, kidney beans,chick pea, 
  • grilled chicken,grilled fish(salmon)
  • boiled rice  

Snack:

  • One hand full dry fruit (nuts)
